    Great for people who HATE swallowing big pills(like myself). Disolves quick and the taste is not bad either. I started seeing results after 3 months approximately. Longer and healthier hair for sure. Will recommend/buy again.

    and combined with Maganese! These two products taken together I have found to be the most affordable way to grow back your natural hair and now after doing this daily for over a year, my hair is stronger by the strands, shinier and as I approach 50 years this year, I wish I would of known these 2 combos years ago. It’s been truly rewarding and will continue to use these 2 combination of ingredients. Also, noticed the Maganese is helping with my leg cramps, so double-bonus in one! Also, this Swanson Biotin tastes great, a cherry flavored chewable that will soon melt under your tongue.
