    Tiny inexpensive tabs are my new favorite way to add iodine to my diet.

    When I switched from iodized salt to sea salt I was no longer getting the vital nutrient of iodine in my diet. I tried adding other kelp capsules, but they were larger and tasted like kelp. These are tiny and I don’t taste them as they go down. As a bonus they’re totally affordable. If you prefer sea salt to iodized salt, then this is the perfect balance to that choice.

    This has been a miracle for me. Got more energy almost immediately and it continues. I have been taking things to boost my thyroid and adrenals but this simple kelp tablet puts the other things to shame. I am taking 2 in the morning and 1 mid afternoon. I haven’t felt this good in years. All the expensive things I was taking I won’t be buying anymore. Simple is better!

    I found that my energy was seemed a little low, and discovered that possibly my iodine levels were possibly lower than they should be. I ordered this product to take daily as a supplement, and I noticed an improvement. It was helpful, and not a product that was expensive for its benefits.

    Allergies

    Just another supplement. I discovered that I am allergic to this product which I found strange. I do not have an iodine allergy. Lobster, crab, many seafoods are part of my diet including sushi and I’ve never had an allergic reaction.This unfortunately caused some skin inflammation after one dose.However, decently packaged, priced, tablets are small.
