I freaking love these. I use them for my skin on scars, rashes, bug bites, piercings , cuticles; my cats skin, rashes, scratches, bug bites; the list goes on , but those are the most important and improved things. I need a heavy duty moisturizing system. So heavy I make my own lotions, which expanded to my family and pets. These capsules took my stuff over the top. I had a disease which causes my skin to expand rapidly gave me a lot of stretch marks everywhere. When I lost weight my skin, with a lot of work, started to stitch together which leaves a lot of openings for bacteria to cause issues during the healing process. These capsules help keep that bacteria from causing issues. For real, they have saved my skin, and made me love myself again. My cat has anxiety and Allergy issues which causes her to scratch her face and pull out her hair. This vitamin E calms her so she’s not so itchy and has healed her up beautifully. I used this straight up on the skin and in the products with never an issue.
