    Great Product for the Money!

    i have been using this for a while now. I love that this multivitamin has lots of great vitamins and minerals, etc. in generous amounts! I feel good taking this product for my health and wellbeing. Also love that if I am unable to get it from Swanson, I most likely can get it from Amazon–even if it costs slightly more. I will continue to use this product for the foreseeable future!

    Great for overall health, including hormone balance.

    The only thing I really dislike about this product is that the tablets are not coated for ease of swallowing. I stopped taking them for a while because of the size and roughness of the pill. However, my husband’s Swanson Multi tablets ARE coated! Why the difference! I am taking them again because they are really good…so I’ll just have to persevere!! Barbara Funnell

    Not sure how to rate a vitamin. It helps in dietary deficiencies . Would have rated 5 but the tablet is very large, some folks may encounter difficulty swallowing.
