Damaged, leaking
I love these vitamins and they’re on my subscription list. This month they arrived messy and leaking (inedible). Not sure what caused this and Amazon did give me a refund. I will try them again.

Highest potency of what I am looking for
I have been using Swanson for many years for a lot of my supplementsThis multi is very high potency which I need as I don’t absorb nutrients well. I had several deficiencies and this product corrected my problemsI don’t find it very easy to swallow but I have difficulty swallowing most capsulesI really like that it’s a gel inside as some days I open it up and squeeze it out in a spoon of yogurt or honey.I am not worried about the amount of the B vitamins as they are water soluble so anything I don’t need will be excreted without going too high in my blood levels.I haven’t found anything better for me personally

Solved the Problem
Multivitamins are so big they’re hard to swallow. Cutting in half leaves a sharp edge on each piece, not to mention it’s a pain to cut them. These soft gels are big but they’re smooth and go right down. A plus is that it only needs to be taken once a day. I expect to purchase again.
