    Excellent form of magnesium for absorbancy/methylation

    Excellent, usable form of magnesium. Especially if you are one of the majority of Americans with methylation problems re dna. Good value.

    Works but…

    These work well but since there’s no coating and they’re not on a capsule, plus they’re a pretty good size, it makes these extremely difficult to swallow. Even with a big gulp of water, the tablet had a tendency to stick trying to go down. I guess that’s the price you pay for the product being so inexpensive.

    Ok, these did seem to work for my charlie horses, {somewhat}. The major draw back is the tablets are large, and not coated! Very Very Hard to swallow!

    CHOKING HAZARD! This caplet is quite large. Unable to swallow whole with water due to size and the chalk like texture causing the pill to get stuck in throat. Pill pulverizes with a pill splitter. Unable to return.This supplement should be pulled off the Amazon website.
