This is great! Mini capsules and only one a day. This product is easy to swallow and I didn’t get sick from taking them (which was a problem with other brands I tried). I found something that works for me!.

No minerals
Good vitamin choice if you can’t tolerate certain minerals for health or medicine complications. In my case I can’t have zink or magnesium. I carefully read the labels because other brands said they didn’t have zink or magnesium but still showed those minerals included in small print.

I am old & have problems with swallowing pills. This multi vitamin is awesome! Be mindful – no minerals here! I use a liquid calcium supplement to go with this!
