    This is my go to for Black Cumin Seed Oil. If I was taking it via a spoon, I would obviously buy elsewhere but these are cheap, vegan and easy to swallow. I take them daily with my other herbs/vitamins. If you have trouble remembering to take your herbs/pills, or want to organize them better. Don’t be afraid to buy a pill organizer. I picked up a BPA FREE 28 day supply organizer, that works great for me.
