It’s difficult to discern just how well any particular supplement is working, so we only add one new one at a time. When aged garlic was added to the mix, we did not notice any different in how we felt-even over time. I do feel that the supplement supported our overall immune systems. Everyone around us has been sick and we have not.

I like the fact that the aged black garlic actually does NOT make you smell as bad as “regular” garlic supplements – it’s barely noticeable. I take this because – due to prostate and kidney-stone problems – I have an unfortunate tendency to come down with serious staph infections which require hospitalization and MAJOR IV antibiotics to recover from. So, in addition to the daily low-dose antibiotic I’ve been given, I take the aged black garlic twice a day AND Solaray’s Grapefruit Seed Extract 3X a day to help boost my immunity. And – so far, so good (I’m on my second two-bottle of each order).
