I’ve been using these for a couple of years and can confidently report that it consistently delivers the goods.I like Swanson brand, appreciate their high standards and many years of reputable business practices.I like that these are inexpensive compared to other brands, and after having tried several others, these are a great combination of value and quality.As a coffee drinker, I’m well aware that caffeine can overdrive the adrenal system, thereby degrading both function and adrenal health unless I compensate by supplementing with products that support my adrenals.I have experienced adrenal fatigue several times complete with raccoon eyes, exhaustion, fatigue, and lack of enthusiasm for life. It’s very difficult to climb out of that hole, but it’s possible with determination, persistence, and support..It’s much easier for me now to maintain my adrenal health than to try to remediate and regenerate, which can take up to a year in many cases and might even lead to more serious problems down the road.I also use their companion product adrenal glandular, and using the two gives me a great baseline of support at a very reasonable price given their quality and reputation..If you regularly use caffeine, guarana, mate or other stimulants, you may want to consider ongoing supplementation regimen to avoid the adrenal overexertion.
