    A Teaspoon At Night In Juice(OJ)! A Snack An Hour Later Before Sleep ! A 1/16 Teaspoon(or Smaller) In Morning Coffee ! A Week Of This ! And That Teaspoon Might Have To Be Skipped ! For Some Control That Is ! But Oh Is It So Cleansing ! Truly ! The Poor Man’s Colonic ! Magic ! Like Nothing Else ! This Stuff Is Literally ” The Bomb ” ! That Keeps On Giving !     Very Strong use with Care

    Product does what it’s supposed to do.Maybe needs to come with Warnings!I got it as a laxative. Just be mindful it’s very strong and should not be used consistentlyIt cause diarrhea therefore it depletes nutrients and left me dehydrated and now struggling with dry thinning hairIf you’re using this add electrolytes to your fluid intakeI stopped using it Nightly and am doing only once a week.I have noticed the issues have stopped and I’m getting past the dehydration.

    Great magnesium option

    I had to use this because a medication I was taking lowered my magnesium level. Magnesium pills didn’t work well enough. This worked really well to get my magnesium level where it needed to be and kept it there until I could stop the medication. It was easy to mix into drinks, and it had no flavor that way. It does have a flavor when just mixed in plain water. I liked the amount of magnesium per scoop compared to other brands. I only had to use 2 scoops whereaa with other brands I would have had to take 3.

    Difficult to consume

    The powder is extremely bitter no matter how I try to get it down. I inserted into capsules and to get .75 of a scoop, takes 3 00 capsules. Would not recommend.
