Good quality but be careful about hormones
I think these beef organ supplements are good quality and have solid ingredients if you are looking for bioavailable vitamins and minerals. I definitely did notice a difference in my energy and just overall wellness levels while I was taking them daily, despite being skeptical going in. I was also worried about them having a bad taste or smell due to the ingredients, but there were no such issues.However I ultimately had to stop taking these for hormone regulation reasons. The “for women” component of these appears to be that they contain bovine ovaries in addition to the other organs. I’m guessing that means they are meant to positively support hormone pathways, and they’d probably be great for women who aren’t taking anything else to regulate their hormones. However I am on continuous birth control due to other issues, and after a couple weeks of taking these I suddenly started getting moderate cramps and spotting which I normally no longer experience. I stopped taking the supplements and the problems subsided, so I’m fairly sure it wasn’t just a coincidence. That’s partially on me for messing with supplements without checking with my doctor, but I just wanted to warn others about the possible interactions since it’s not necessarily obvious from the listing that this is a risk.

Great product
This seems to be a quality product. It is third party tested and the facilities also have the seal of approval. It’s sold by a Canadian company but I am not sure if the grass fed cattle they use are from Canada. They didn’t say the country of origin of the beef products that went into this product. This product contains all the internal organs of a cow but not the brain. Our ancestors ate these organs because they were so nutrient dense but now, we only eat the cow muscle. I actually like liver and onions but my family won’t eat it, so I do not bother cooking it, but these supplements can give me the benefits of organ meat without having to cook it. The capsules have no weird taste or smell. Also it says you need to consume the bottle in 4 months after opening and it recommended keeping in the fridge.

I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies and some of the lowest. So I try to give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better, so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes wrapped all in plastic and is about half full of capsules, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. I would prefer they put in more capsules and/or use a smaller bottle.If used as directed it will last two months.The expiration date on mine is Nov 11, 2027.There is a light, pleasant herbal scent and taste to the capsules, and they are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic (or grass-fed in this case), non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says grass-fed, GMO free, 3rd party tested, and has a GMP stamp.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the bottle and website, which also has their email, mailing address, and a Contact page form. Their supranourish site is functional and says they have been operating since 2006. The site says all their products undergo rigorous safety and quality testing. The website needs some more work, for example all the links at the bottom (Our Story, Careers, and even Gift Cards) just take you back to the top of the page. I would also like to see more information on sourcing, manufacturing, testing results, and information about the company.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but I love getting organ nutrition in capsules.
