Big supply of oil for nutrition
This is a large supply of seed oil softgels, which I wanted for the omega oils and other nutrition elements. They are small and easy to swallow, but they do have a rather strong vegetal smell that I found unpleasant. I prefer to take with food for that reason as well (to help mask the essence once it’s in my stomach). But no real digestion issues or discomfort, just a scent. Overall I would recommend it based on quality of ingredients.

Where is it made? GMP? Best for those who can benefit from saw palmetto.
I really like pumpkin seeds. I am also trying to use seeds and seed oils to help with my cycles (google seed cycling). I thought I’d give this a try. Sometimes, if you don’t order an Amazon Vine supplement quickly enough, it’s gone before you get the chance to do so. So, my bad that I ordered this supplement before doing a search on saw palmetto.Saw palmetto is not necessarily bad for women! But it’s not the right ingredient for me based on the fact that I am at a stage of my life when I need more estrogen, not less. If I had PCOS it might be a different story….If my husband had prostate issues I might pressure him to take this but he doesn’t, at least not yet.I did bite into one of the softgels to see how I reacted and I did find the taste pleasant enough. (Not that you’d ever have to do so. The softgels seem pretty easy to swallow so long as you are not someone who can only swallow small pills. These are average sized or maybe slightly larger, but not hard or sharp.)My real reason for the 3 stars is that I don’t know where these are sourced from or manufactured. It does say that they are distributed by a Canadian company, which I think is great. But I am concerned by the lack of assurances otherwise (such as GMP facility, at least packaged in Canada, etc.).If I knew that this was a safely sourced product I would say that it’s at least a 4 star and probably a 5 star product for men considering it has added saw palmetto, lycopene, etc.Worth noting: It does also have stevia but I did not find it obnoxiously sweet.

Nutrient Support For Outdoor Enthusiasts
I spend a lot of time out on the water because I fish a lot, but I absolutely hate the taste of fish and can’t bring myself to eat it; this supplement is a great way for me to get essential nutrients without the seafood. The 3000mg cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil complex is incredibly effective at providing the omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids I’d otherwise miss out on, and the inclusion of zinc and vitamin E provides a solid boost to my daily nutritional balance. The construction of these softgels is impressive as they are smooth, large but easy to swallow. I noticed the value for money is quite high given that you get 300 softgels in a single bag, lasting a significant amount of time even with a high-potency serving. While the liquid inside can sometimes look a bit cloudy or gray due to the natural saw palmetto extract (it’s a normal reaction to cooler temperatures), the quality and effectiveness remain top-notch. There is no unpleasant aftertaste or stickiness to the capsules, which makes them very convenient to incorporate into a busy morning routine before heading out to the lake. The lack of soy, gluten, and artificial preservatives makes this a clean choice for anyone looking for reliable antioxidant support. It has given me a sense of lasting hydration for my overall health and a steady glow of wellness that keeps me feeling energized throughout the day.

Nice big bag of quality pumpkin seed softgel capsules
This is a large bag of 300 softgel capsules of Pumpkin Seed Oil with Saw Palmetto, Lycopene, Zinc & Vitamin E. The higher dosage of pumpkin seed oil, 3000mg, is a benefit here because you need to take less pills for the same dosage compared to other similar products. The pills are rather large, so if you have an issue taking larger pills, this may not be the product for you, but if you can manage to take these it’s a good alternative. The pills themselves are nice and smooth though so they are not too bad to swallow. The bag they come in is convenient because it’s a sturdy enough bag with a Ziplock seal to keep the pills fresh when stored. If taking these pills 3 times a day they will last about 100 days, this is a good value for this pack. I have been taking these for the past several weeks and it’s been an easy addition to my daily wellness regime. I also appreciate the addition of Saw Palmetto, Lycopene, Zinc and Vitamin E that many other pumpkin seed supplements do not have.

100 day supply
I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out. This pouch seems like it could either hold more softgels or be a little smaller, but the level is more appropriately filled than some pouches I’ve received.Unfortunately, Amazon put their sticker where it covers up some of the information I need to read.If used as directed it will last 100 days. The expiration date on mine is Oct 27, 2027.The moment I smelled the softgels my memory flashed back to the elephant pen at the zoo where I grew up. I have good memories there, but did not expect that scent from pumpkin seed oil softgels.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says non-GMO.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the pouch and website, which also has their email, mailing address, and a Contact page form. Their supranourish site is functional and says they have been operating since 2006. The site says all their products undergo rigorous safety and quality testing, though they do not indicate if it is 3rd-party. The website needs some more work, for example all the links at the bottom (Our Story, Careers, and even Gift Cards) just take you back to the top of the page. I would also like to see more information on sourcing, manufacturing, and testing results. It would also be nice to learn more information about the company.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but I have had good results with pumpkin seed oil before. I’ve just never had it smell like an elephant pen =) I’m not sure why softgels need stevia in them, but it’s better than what some manufactures include in their supplements.Decent price for more than three months’ worth.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

A Powerhouse Blend That Cleared Off My Supplement Shelf
When I stumble across a complex that effectively consolidates four or five different bottles into one, I get genuinely excited. I have been taking pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto separately for quite some time to support general wellness and hair health, but managing the inventory of half-empty bottles was becoming a chore. This Supranourish formulation immediately grabbed my attention because it doesn’t just stop at the basics; it builds a comprehensive “wellness stack” by including Lycopene, Zinc, and Vitamin E. It feels like a thoughtfully engineered product rather than just a generic oil blend, covering antioxidant support and prostate health in a single go.The potency here is impressive, but what I appreciate most is the synergy of the ingredients. Pumpkin seed oil is fantastic on its own for its phytosterol content, but when you pair it with Saw Palmetto and Zinc, you are looking at the gold standard for men’s health support. I also love that they utilized cold-pressed oil. Heat extraction can denature the delicate fatty acids that make these oils beneficial in the first place, so knowing this is cold-pressed gives me confidence that I’m actually getting the nutrient density listed on the label. The addition of Lycopene is the cherry on top—it is a powerful antioxidant that I usually forget to supplement, so having it built right into my daily driver is a massive convenience. From a user experience standpoint, the value of the 300-softgel count cannot be overstated. I am so tired of running out of supplements every thirty days, so having a bulk supply that lasts for months is a breath of fresh air. Despite the high 3000mg complex dosage, the softgels are surprisingly easy to manage. They are smooth and go down without any trouble, and importantly, I haven’t experienced any of those unpleasant “herbal burps” that sometimes accompany lower-quality oil supplements. It is a clean, straightforward experience from a massive bottle that looks like it belongs in a serious wellness regimen.Ultimately, this has streamlined my morning routine significantly. I am getting my essential fatty acids, immune-supporting zinc, and targeted herbal support without having to play pharmacist every morning. It feels good to take something that covers so many bases at once, and the quality of the casing and the oil inside seems top-tier. If you are looking to simplify your intake while actually ramping up the quality of nutrients you are absorbing, this complex is an absolute winner in my book.

Solid Daily Supplement With Clean Ingredients
I have been using this pumpkin seed oil complex daily as part of my general wellness routine. I like that it feels thoughtfully formulated without being overcomplicated. The softgels are smooth and easy for me to take with meals. I did notice some gray particles in a few capsules at first, but after reading the explanation I understood that it is normal and not a concern. The capsules themselves are consistent and did not cause any stomach discomfort for me. I appreciate that the product focuses on clean sourcing and careful processing. This supplement fits well alongside my other daily vitamins without feeling excessive. I did not notice any strong taste or aftertaste, which I consider a plus. The bottle lasted a long time, making it convenient for everyday use. I value that it is intended for both men and women rather than being overly niche. Overall, it feels like a reliable option for someone looking to add pumpkin seed oil to their routine. I would consider purchasing it again based on my experience so far.

Soft gels look great. Saw palmetto (male health), stevia. Lack of sourcing & specific GMP info.
I’ve been eating more pumpkin seeds for skin health and obtaining vitamin (elderly female). I was happy to find these pumpkin soft gels, which I thought would be convenient to take. They are not too large and are easy for me to swallow. They don’t smell bad or leave an aftertaste in my mouth. Sometimes a pill is a good way to obtain some nutrients you’d normally prefer to eat in food form, but during busy times you just can’t get to eating every beneficial food. Also, these are made from cold-pressed oils, preserving nutrition. However, the listing says the are “essential nutrients to support daily wellness for both men and women.” Yet by my figuring, the addition of saw palmetto trends towards them being beneficial for men. I don’t like taking supplements of materials I do not need. So while palmetto does no harm to women that I know, I realize that I’m dissatisfied with its prevalence in this product and would prefer one with just the pumpkin seed oil.The recommended dosage is three a day, so the bag of 300 will last 100 days or about three months. The full dose per day would give you almost all your vitamin e and zinc needs. You should note there are other added ingredients: natural flavors, citric acid, and stevia (some people are allergic to stevia). So, as nice as these soft gels look, it’s disturbing to me that the origin of the ingredients is unknown. It’s not clear to me in terms of general knowledge how much pumpkin seed oil is beneficial, although the recommended serving is 3000 mg of seed oil. Lycopene (tomatoes) and zinc are okay additions. But for myself, a woman, there are too many unknowns: The manufacturer is in Canada, but no origin is given for the ingredients. Given that fats like seeds oils are not water soluble and do not exit the body quickly, you want a specific, traceable GMP guarantee of quality. The lack of information is a deal breaker for me, as well as the emphasis on an ingredient for men. So, at twenty-seven bucks a pack, I probably won’t continue taking these soft gels, due to lack of clarifying information; hence, my rating. My spouse, on the other hand, says he’ll use the rest of them up. Today: 01/2026. Expiration date 10/2027.
