This is a cheap longevity mix and you get what you pay for. Does not mix well leaving large gooey clumps. Taste was awful. Don’t waste your money.

Barely water soluble
While I cannot really attest to the accuracy of the supplement ingredients, there appears to be a lot of good stuff in this mix. And in terms of the taste, considering that it has no added sugar, it is not bad (also not necessarily good). The biggest problem, without question, is the fact that this mix is barely water soluble. I cannot get it to dissolve. It just congeals into a bunch of floating globules in the water, which is not great. Might be better to use as an additive to something like yogurt, because mixing with water (which is how I typically take these types of powdered supplements) just doesn’t yield good results.

This has 30 servings for the current $29.99, representing $1 per serving good value in comparison to the retail costs for superfruit drinks at the gym or other stores.Mixes well with water, I use approx 6 ounces of sparking water as my preference. There is no sugar added, has 20 calories per serving.Note that the Vitamin A, is represented in micrograms at 450ug. While the remaining ingredients are in milligrams.There are many vitamins and mushrooms in this product. As with all supplements, we have to evaluate what we are already taking in the way of supplements and add/omit accordingly to avoid excessive intake of any one vitamin.

Impressive ingredients list, not sweet, with probiotics [4.5 stars]
This is a really nice product. To me it has quite an impressive ingredients list with mushrooms, fruits, added vitamins, ashwagandha, ginkgo biloba, and the added plus probiotics.This a very fine power-like product with the smell of pineapple coming forward; very nice aroma. I made it with cold water and it has to be mixed vigorously; I ended up using a mini-blender. The final mix is a very light yellowish beige. It is not sweet at all and the flavor is mild and pleasant; I am happy that (it appears) the company did not use artificial sweeteners. It seems like it would also be good to add this to smoothies and other beverages.I like this product and would use it but my doctors have indicated some of the ingredients may conflict with some medications I am temporarily taking. This is NOT a negative toward the product and did NOT affect mt review rating. At both the list and online listing coupon, this nice product comes to well under $1 US per serving. While I cannot use it, to me it is well worth consideration. [4.5 stars]

Good product
This is very easy to take. Simply mix 6 oz of water with the provided plastic scoop that’s inside of the bag. I think it’s a teaspoon. And I wouldn’t call it as tasty as milkshake but it certainly pleasant enough to drink. I note that it’s vegan and that there are no sweeteners in it–so you really are getting something that’s not offensive.36 nutrients in the mix… to me that’s pretty amazing. I like the inclusion of the mushrooms especially.It looks like they’ve gotten the price down a fair amount since the original $30. It seems like a pretty good value with that price considering that you get 30 servings per bag.Recommended…

Good Product
This is a great blend of fruit, vegetables and probiotics that supplement my diet beautifully. The taste with a smoothie is fine and I’ve had no negative side effects. While I understand the price, I do wish it was cheaper, because it’s out of my budget for long term use.
