Bad smell, huge pills
I unfortunately can’t take this supplement. I was astounded to see how large the pills were and the horrific smell when I opened the bottle has me staggering. These should have been 2 a day capsules. I gave them 3 stars instead of 1 because I contacted the company via email on their website to ask if they could be cut in half and they responded (answer: yes they can) within 10 minutes. Excellent customer service! I can’t get over the smell though. I know I’d be able to taste them if I tried to take them and bad things would probably happen. Cutting them in half only makes it stronger.

Good overall B supplement
Easy to take, easy to swallow. Not too big. No flavor, no odor, no aftertaste. A lot of the good B vitamins we need especially if we aren’t getting these in our day to day food choices. Good value for the bottle. I can’t speak on effectiveness because supplements are so hard to see daily results. My energy is pretty good, so I don’t know if it’s from this or just my overall health.

This is a good combination of B Vitamins that are made in the USA. The tablets are sort of large for me to comfortably swallow though, so I split them in half to take them and don’t have any problems then. I haven’t had any issues after taking them, and the price seems reasonable for the 50 day supply.

This Super B-100 Complex seems to be a very good supplement. My recent blood work revealed that I need more vitamin B and this supplement covers everything I need. It is a high potency B Vitamin Complex with B-6, B-12, Folate, Niacin, Biotin, Choline, Inositol and PABA. I’m not sure about all the other claims but I do know that for me vitamin B helps me feels more focused, have more energy through the day and just better overall. One thing to note is that I feel these pills are on the medium to large size so that might be a consideration for those who struggle with sallowing pills. In addition to being a bit large in size they have a fairly unique scent in my opinion. It’s not bad but it’s a little bit like the smell of Munster cheese to me. Overall, I think they are a good value and you only need to take one per day which is great!

I like to think of these as the old school energy drinks minus the extra junk and sugar. These pills are a nice and simple solution to the old school B complex packs that require taking multiple pills from a packet and half of them would get stuck on the way down. These are easy, one moderately sized pill and you’re done.The serving is only one pill, so you get 50 doses in a bottle offering a great value. Compare that to $2-$3 for a canned alternative, it’s a great deal. The smell is typical of most compounded vitamins but a bit stronger, I personally don’t find it to be offensive.If you need some energy and don’t want the extra stuff they add to the canned drinks, this might be your solution. You can get some extra energy without the extras associated with the canned energy drinks.
