Good quality supplement produced in the USA
This item is a bottle of dihydroberberine supplements that also contains Ceylon cinnamon. Dihydroberberine is an isoquinoline alkaloid that is derived from berberine. I looked that up. As the product description states dihydroberberine is absorbed 5 times as fast as just berberine. This seems to be a good blend to get some good benefits from the two main ingredients of this supplement. The ingredients are pretty natural. I am using this primarily for glycemic optimization, which is also mentioned in the product description slides, a similar benefit you can get from regular berberine. The bottle has the standard security features to prevent tampering, which is reassuring. I like that it is produced in the USA. If you take the suggested dosage of 2 capsules a day, you get a 30 day supply. The price point is a little high, but not unreasonable for this type of supplement. Overall, I am pleased with the quality and my experience with this supplement

I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes in a box, which to me is an unnecessary expense with redundant information on it. It arrives less than half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. I would prefer they put in more capsules and/or use a smaller bottle.If used as directed it will last one month.The expiration date on mine is Oct 2026.The capsules have a very light herbal (?) scent and taste, and they are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says manufactured in the United States and lab verified (though it does not indicate if it’s 3rd-party). Their website says non-GMO.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. This has their phone number on the bottle and website. Their website is functional and informative. It has the background on the founder and the company, which I like to see. They have a store locator and plenty of online information, programs, and social media supporters.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I like this company. I’ve used them before with good results. Liking this form of Berberine
I got this because I have been taking Dihydroberine and liked what I saw from my recent blood work about a week ago. With some ingredients in some supplements the challenge of bioavailabity exist. Meaning how much can we get the body to absorb and use is questionable. Berberine may certainly be considered in that category with it being reported possibly at less than 1%. Dihydroberberine is relatively new imo so I’m hesitant to speculate what it might be however the studies do look encouraging imo. With normal Berberine I do like the health benefits that I may possibly get with my sugars and lipids. However it’s been really small with what I have seen from my bloodwork and with my lipids questionable if I get any benefits at all. I’m really excited about this Dihydroberine however especially after seeing my recent lab work. Now granted it was not huge at all but I’m currently experimenting with my dosage and it was movement in the right direction. It was close to my best number ever though by 3 points ! I was concerned when I saw the dosage of cinnamon this had but then I saw it was ceylon cinnamon which usually/may have coumarin levels so low its undetectable. Regular cinnamon has coumarin in it which can possibly be toxic for the liver with large amounts. The ceylon cinnamon though is nice imo since it may possibly have benefits that has been noted with it,, with metabolism and blood sugar possibly without some of the concerns that regular cinnamon may possibly have. As you can see this brand is using the patent form (GlucoVantage) of the Dihydroberine which I like for the confidence it provides me with quality and purity. This is also from a small business which I love to support. My current regimen is one regular berberine (500mgs) first thing in the morning. Then 200 mgs of Dihydroberberine midday and 200mgs before dinner. I highly advise for you to get lab done to see what works best for you as I will definitely keep tweaking my regimen to hopefully get where I want to be. Good Luck and I Hope this was Helpful.

Berberine by Sun warrior made in the USA. A 30 day supply at recommend 2 caps daily. A blend of Berberine as Dihydro plus a dose of cinnamon. Dihydroberberine is the best form in my opinion & the best for me. My first time using Sun Warrior &. They only do plant based vegan & superfood supplements. Dihydro is a chemically modified form of berberine that has enhanced bioavailability – it is supposedly also easier on the stomach but I cannot say that I have noticed. The cinnamon boost is porported to add extra blood sugar support. It does have several benefits for me – cannot make any medical claims here – and I am taking it before I eat my evening meal. I have not noticed a difference switching to this brand but very happy with it. To be honest it is on the more $ side $35 a month to use all the time & $10 more than my regular dihydroberberine so I hope to feel some improvement at the end of the month to continue.
