    Not so much for me

    Not so certain this product if for everyone. Been taking it for about a week, and if anything I have gotten more bloat/water weight than before taking it. Basically gained over 4 lbs in the first week. That also could be since I increased my water intake as suggested. I have also had a bit more gas than usual.Taste wise, it is decent, and I used a protein shake electric hand mixer as it was grainy if done just by a spoon.Energy wise, I have seen a bit of improvement. Also have not had any upset or sour stomach since taking.We will see how it goes through the entire container. After all, repair can take some time.
