So far so good! These give me enormous energy and after about 10 days seemed to help with arthritis. Since I am only two weeks in I can not be definitive but I bought them directly from the company again since Amazon stopped carry8ing.

Great shilajit in capsule form, about 300mg above the upper limit of a regular shilajit dose that doesn’t hurt for a extract since they tend to be narrower spectrum.If anyone is worrying about the Californa toxic chemical ban, do note that basicly every natural product across the spectrum has been slapped with that. Are there products out there that are definitively toxic? Absolutely. Is it extremely suspect how far reaching those warnings are while pharmacutical industry ‘medication’ breaks 20 things for every 1 thing it fixes with nay a eyebat from the government? Well I hope it is to you. Do your own research of weighing the pros and cons, don’t let the government or me or anyone dictate what is and isn’t good for you and your goals.

This product is more of a base line minimal supplement for Shilajit. The more expensive ones that are tar, are more effective in increasing focus, concentration, and energy. This product for me gives me a daily foundation. Takes away brain fog.

I have been using the Sunfood Raw Shilajit Capsules. Potent Adaptogenic Herbs for a couple of years now. Although it provides additional energy and stamina, it does depend on the specifics of when I take it. Overall, I am very happy with Shilajit and its comprehensive benefits with no downsides. I highly recommend this product!

I wanted to like this but there are to many issues. The listing states certified organic. Nope. No where to be found on the packaging. The listing says both 500 and 700. Well it’s 500mg. Quality product should be black. This is brown… not even dark… No where in the listing does it give a report on quality of ingredients and what tested metals or minerals are in the product. Important because there is a disclaimer about lead exposure on the package. Post it please… last but not least… the package has zero warnings about fluoride and chlorine when taking this product. Those are standards in tap water and anyone who takes these acids knows you can’t mix them with out risking cancer. My overall take is the company is to busy making money to ensure proper quality control and disclosure for public safety on their products. Another issue is it states an allergy warning about being packaged with peanuts and nuts and says don’t eat..if you have a nut allergy don’t order this product. Disclosures need to be clearly listed on this listing for all issues.. A report showing the grade and metals or possible contaminates should be listed in the listing.…Disappointed customer.
