Good Zinc Gummies
I normally take zinc tablets, and they have a very nasty, chalky, metallic aftertaste. I love the benefits of zinc, but the taste is awful. I tried these gummies instead figuring they can’t be any worse than the tablets I take. These actually taste great! They have a nice berry flavor and are easy to chew. They’re vegan and are of good quality. This makes taking zinc much less dreadful since there’s no terrible aftertaste. The bottle says you can take three, but I only need one per day. Very happy with these, definitely recommend trying!

These taste pretty good, mixed berry seems accurate for flavor (I kind of taste a mix of strawberry and blackberry with some grape?). They are actually pretty sweet so I think there’s room to lower the added sugar amount down a bit and they would still taste great. The texture seems to be like half gummy half grainy, but I don’t think the mouth feel is bad or anything.They have a slight coating on them to prevent sticking which works well, only 4 of them were stuck together in the bottle (probably due to being out in 110 degree heat for delivery all day more than anything) and they don’t stick to my fingers. I do like that these are gluten free and vegan.You get 40 gummies in the bottle and the serving size is 3 gummies for 50mg of zinc. I don’t like to take that much zinc, so I only take 1-2 a day instead, and that also has the added benefit of making each bottle last longer.
