Works fairly well. I’m surprised.
Sundance is a lessor known but trusted brand of supplements. The taste is okay, and my gummies weren’t stuck together or anything, but these are a bit difficult to chew, so I either suck on them or just swallow them. I ordered this because I’m super anxious and stressed out all the time and heard that lemon balm was good.I’m one of those people where my leg or foot is always tapping, always in motion, because stillness bothers me. For sleep, I just take melatonin and magnesium with high bioavailability – Albion chelated. I’ve noticed less foot tapping and leg jiggling taking this stress support. Is it effective for it’s intended purpose? Yes. If you are experiencing sleep or anxiety issues you should talk to your doctor and always tell them what supplements you’re taking because it’s possible to take too much and some supplements can harm your liver.The only real complaint I have is that the gummies take up less than half of the bottle which means more unnecessary and unwanted plastic in our environment.

Decent stress gummies
Taste is okay, they are quite chewy. I feel like you should get a few more in the bottle though for the price point. They did help with stress relief and made me feel more calm when I needed. Would recommend if you need something to help you on certain days.

Caused Insomnia
I think I was born anxious, so I I’m always on the lookout for anything natural to calm my nerves. I tried taking this supplement one time at 4 p.m. and another time right before bed. Both times, I was up most of the night, unable to get to sleep. When I did manage to fall asleep, my rest was fitful with vivid dreams, then I woke up groggy and stayed that way all day. When you first take it, you feel a bit drowsy, and that can give a more calming feeling. The first time I took it, I realized I was being too hard on myself, and that was nice. But that effect lasted a very short time, then it really hyped up my brain. It may work for some, but not for me.

I really love these gummies as lemon balm works well for me. Awesome cause there is nothing to mix. Just pop a gummy and that’s it. Would recommend as they are also great tasting.

Very firm and strong lemon tasteVery firm and strong lemon taste
These gummies have a very strong lemon smell and taste. It over powers the strawberry. The texture is a firm thick gummy, almost rubbery. Not too soft. No chalky or gritty texture. Flavor is good if you like lemon with a hint of strawberry. The aftertaste is lemon and sticks around for a couple minutes. I have not noticed any differences after taking them.The bottle did come with a safety seal and all the gummies look uniform in size, shape, and color.
