A bit too high in daily allowances
This is a trusted brand that came with good safety seals and an expiration date of one year, eight months. It is possible to take too many vitamins and you can experience all kinds of side effects from that. Vitamin D, for example, if taken in high doses, can reportedly cause frequent urination. Calcium can reportedly cause serious dental problems.So, I consult with my doctor about how much I should be getting of certain vitamins, and I don’t take more than what is recommended. The daily allowance for some of these vitamins is far greater than what has been recommended to me. So, I won’t be taking these vitamins every day or long term. Always best to get vitamins from food anyway.I would still recommend this product but you should always talk to your doctor first to even see if you’re deficient in things because some of your other issues you might have could be caused by taking more vitamins than you actually need.

Very close percentages and a great way to find yourself using this mix of necessary vitamins, except that 60 of these are about $9 and that’s ain’t bad!At 70, I had a couple of stents and felt like I was kicked around more than ever; I’m back in a gym and pushing back. BTW: Drink more water, too. My doctor liked these but said to drink more water because I’m using them. Feel really good for doing so!

I have been taking a daily multivitamin for over 30 years at my doctors suggestion. These have become my new daily multivitamin. They have all of the vitamins and minerals that I need to maintain my 60+ health and are cheaper than the ones that I normally take. I especially like that these are certified gluten free, non-GMO and have no lactose, soy or artificial sweeteners. I also like that these are manufactured in the US by a reputable company and they have been laboratory tested. They come in a coated caplet and were easy to swallow. I also didn’t experience any digestion problems after taking them or have a bad aftertaste. My bottle arrived with a outer seal around the cap and an inner seal underneath the cap. So any tampering would clearly be evident. With these you take only one caplet per day, so each bottle lasts 60 days. At $0.16/day, I feel these are an excellent value especially given the quality of these caplets and completeness in the daily dose of vitamins and minerals included. I would highly recommend these Men’s 50 plus by Sundance.

These come in the normal oval tablet form most big multivitamins come as. Reviewing the different vitamins and minerals, the selection is comparable to all the other multivitamins out there for older males. But reviewing the daily serving value percentages, a fee these are higher, well over 100%, one being 4000+ (Vitamin B12+). With that said, I would recommend these if you’re active and have a workout regimen, as some of these maybe too potent/high IMO. Best to be under a doctor’s normal routine while taking these at first to make sure your blood work doesn’t show any issues from some of these higher levels of vitamins and minerals in this multivitamin. Overall quality seems good with no aftertaste. Would definitely take with food.
