I like this name brand and feel that it is a quality supplement, as the company has been around for several generations.The size of the supplement is larger than most vitamin E pills that I have bought. This being said, if you have issue with swallowing larger vitamins, this may be a struggle for you. But even though large, they are slippery and go down easy.The large size also is beneficial to those who use vitamin e oil on their skin. Breaking one of these open will give you plenty vitamin e to use liberally on your skin.
