These are good tasting gummies. I’d describe the flavor as fruity. At two gummies per day you get a 30-day supply in this particular size.It’s 1500 mg per two gummies so 750 per gummy. In my mind, that’s perfect to eat one three times a day. As I understand it, berberine doesn’t stay in your system for more than six or seven hours at a time. So you’ve kind of got to keep taking it throughout the day. These gummies are perfect for that.There are a lot of advantages offered from berberine. Most importantly, reduction in blood sugar or control of blood sugar, and lowering cholesterol. There are other cardio benefits as well.Highly recommended!

Tasty, affordable and effective
I’ve tried a handful types of berberine. The pills were awful. I’ve been taking a gummy that is double to triple the price, which I love except for the price. I’ve been trying to find an affordable alternative and I think this is the one. First, it is tasty. Others have not been as good as the expensive one, but this one is. Second, they don’t stick together and makes it easy to get out of the jar. I love the affordable price. And, most important, these are just as effective if not more than my expensive gummies. I will definitely be switching over to these once I use up all my expensive ones.

Pleasant tasting, easy to use
My functional medicine doctor actually recommended that I try a berberine supplement to boost my metabolism. I ordered these gummies to try, and I’m not sorry that I did. They are very pleasant tasting, and the gummy format is very easy to use. They come in a tightly sealed jar, that is see-throughs so that you can tell how many you have left. When I opened the jar I was pleasantly surprised that there was virtually no smell to them. I’ve had unpleasant experiences with some supplements in the past, when I opened the jar the smell was almost enough to make me gag. So far, I would recommend these.

This is how my bottle came. Sides are sticky from where the label used to be yet not a label in bag so it didn’t ship with one. I can’t get it replaced or refunded and I’m not taking anything that’s in a sticky bottle no label no instructions. Waste of my time and money to receive something that’s damaged and can’t get it replaced.
