Good gummy, the way they should be made.
This is a great gummy product. The bottle I received had three layers of protection. It has an outer plastic wrap, a plastic wrap just for the lid, and then the bottle seal. When removing the seal it was clear it had been vacuum sealed. Gummies are dull in color, which is a positive (the shinier and more translucent, the higher the chance of Sodium and other things you don’t want/need). Product has a very pleasing smell and the taste isn’t bad. I’m always looking for D3 supplements so this hits the spot. I personally prefer capsules, but this product looks like it has a number of positives. The only complaint that I have is that it does leave an after-taste (way to long). Not that it is horrible, but if I had one negative to point out, it would be that. As far as effect, that is subjective, I certainly haven’t noticed any negative effects. This product checks all the boxes for me.Also, the bottle was marked as manufactured on 5/9/2025 with a 2 year expiration date as well. One additional observation is that the company is not well known, Boston address for distributor, but no web site found. I could not find any negative information online regarding manufacturer.

The formula I like and is recommended by my doctor is :1200 mg calcium citrate, 400 mg magnesium citrate, and 5000 mg D3. I take 6 tabs of the calcium, one capsule of magnesium, and one gel cap of D3 daily, all purchased at Amazon and all of excellent quality. I was eager to try these gummies mainly because of the 6 calcium citrate tabs that I must swallow every day. Ugh!In the first place, I feel they shouldn’t try to put all of that into two gummies. The magnesium is easily taken in one small capsule and the D3 gel cap is tiny. It’s only the calcium citrate that is the problem.Secondly, I don’t prefer magnesium glycinate which is in these gummies. I vastly prefer my doctor-recommended magnesium citrate!Thirdly, the raspberry flavoring is unsuccessful in that it leaves a terribly upsetting noxious taste in the back of your throat for 24 hours until you take the next dose.Thirdly I really did not feel well taking these gummies and they are now in the back of my fridge having pried them out of the bottle with brute force and a desert fork. They are lying side by side in layered baggies and easy to access if I ever want to try them again.I don’t enjoy writing unfavorable reviews and I applaud this company for trying.If I try these gummies again and have a more successful experience, I will upgrade this review.
