Scam product?
Not sure if this product is a scam, intentionally misleading, or just bad, but they don’t seem to contain a meaningful dose of any of the ingredients. All the information is listed on the nutritional label, but I’ve never seen any supplement label their nutritional facts the same so I didn’t catch it when I ordered them. When you look at the label, it looks great. 288% of this, 166% of that, but then you look and see that the serving size is 100g. The recommended dose is two capsules, and each capsule is approximately 1g, so what you actually take is 2% of the numbers listed on the label. That 288% becomes less than 6%. The 166% becomes just over 3%. When you break all the nutrition down, you end up with NRV values that are between 0.6% and 6%.Ultimately, you are basically buying pretty much nothing. I would avoid these and go with something that actually contains meaningful amounts of the active ingredients.

Big fat capsules, and still forgetful!
Supplements are really impossible to tell if they give a benefit. I would like to think that they do. Definitely still forgetful. But I really don’t expect these to give me a Idyllic memory. So I’ll comment on taking them. These capsules are huge. Easily the biggest I’ve ever taken. Not so much long, but they are fat, so are sometimes harder to swallow. So taking a star off for that.

Perhaps a Small Improvement But I’m a Tough Case
I’ve taken these for a few weeks and waited to write a review to see if I noticed any changes. I have ADHD, and WAY too many things to do, making me a tough case! My mind is ALL over the place and my memory terrible. (I have two jobs, a teenager, a husband dealing with some medical issues, and I’m the Scoutmaster of a female Scouts BSA Troop.)I’ve missed some days here and there but overall have been taking them in the evenings. I’ve noticed perhaps a small bit of increased productivity & recall but not enough to order again. If you’re considering give them a try go ahead. It can’t hurt anything. My case may not be representative of the product.These are large capsules but I didn’t have any problems getting them down.
