Feels good! High dosage.
I have a few different B complex supplements in my home. Right now, this one is my favorite. I feel the difference when I take it in terms of both better energy and better mood. It is for now my go-to and I have had no negative side effects. However, I do not take this B vitamin complex or any B vitamin supplement daily, just when I need a b complex boost.I actually feel like this B complex might be too strong if taken daily! Even though B vitamins are water soluble, there can be side effects if too much of certain b vitamins are taken for too long. I appreciate that this supplement says to take a 2 week break after 8 weeks. For me, I just don’t use it daily.The supplement claims to be packaged in the USA in a FDA registered, GMP approved facility, and to be lab tested. I would prefer if the vitamins were also sourced from the USA but I know that’s rare anymore.Overall, I’d rate this supplement as both high quality and effective. I will continue to take it gladly. 4 1/2 stars.

This B-Complex supplement is definitely very concentrated. The capsules have a strong smell, which initially made me think it would be especially potent. They’re easy enough to swallow, but the odor is noticeable when opening the bottle.That said, because B vitamins are water-soluble, I personally didn’t notice much benefit, most of it seemed to pass through my system fairly quickly (the classic bright yellow urine effect). This may be normal with high-dose B-complex formulas, but for me it didn’t feel like my body was retaining much of it.Overall, this may work better for someone who specifically needs a very high-dose B supplement or has a deficiency. If you’re sensitive to strong smells or looking for something your body absorbs more gradually, this might not be the best fit – but others may appreciate the strength of the formula.So for me, it wasn’t super effective though the quality seems great, I didn’t get the energy level I was hoping for.

This is a good well rounded b vitamin. It has all the ingredients I’d expect, at pretty high dosages. The pills aren’t too big, and are easy to take. They do have a slight aroma and taste, but it’s not really off-putting to me at all, I don’t mind it. This is a 30 day supply (30 pills, serving size is 1 pill).
