My new Curcumin CoQ10 go-to.Stop Aging Now has another winner with this bottle. My tired gym legs are always looking for a solid anti-inflammatory agent, but Turmeric powder is not for me. The mess and the taste have kept me from getting serious about Curcumin. There has been a ton of research on the antioxidant properties of the spice and these capsules provide a solid dosage. Add CoQ10 into the mix and I was sold.The product arrived clean and pure. The cap was tightly shrink-wrapped and the inner safety seal was intact. The capsules are a bit larger than some others, but slickly coated and easy to swallow. No real odor or taste. You know there’s Turmeric in there as soon as you see the stable, bright orange.The combination of antioxidants, cardio benefits and help with exercise-induced soreness makes these capsules one of my new favorites. I appreciate that they also included black pepper, which can increase the bioavailability of Curcumin by up to 2K % – wut? Yes, please. Whatever supplements you take, if they are absorbed too quickly they won’t do you much good. Black pepper is key to getting the most benefit from turmeric.With the usual disclaimer that results are so subjective, I am seeing good results with consistent use of Turmeric and CoQ10. My knees aren’t cussing me out after every workout and I feel good about the antioxidant benefits.
