Easy to take, no noticeable effects yet
These are small, easy to take veggie caps that have no discernible smell or taste. The blend is biotin (3000 micrograms) with he shou wu extract, bamboo extract (for silica) and a very small quantity of a collagen and keratin blend.The blend makes sense to support healthy hair growth, but I’m not certain that there are enough of the components other than biotin and he shou wu to make a difference.I have been taking these for a couple of weeks to see if they’ll help me stop shedding hair and support some new healthy growth. So far, I haven’t seen any change (nor at this point would I expect to…) I will finish the botte–each bottle is a 1 month supply–and then reassess. This is on the expensive side for biotin, and I am not sure I want to take the he shou wu. I believe the dose and the processing probably mean it’s entirely safe, but is not an herb I would decide to take if it was not part of a blend.

I’ve been using Hairgevity for about a month. This supplement has made some noticeable changes for my hair. I’ve noticed my hair is more lustrous and seems to hold moisture better. This supplement is rich in biotin and collagen which also helps your nails grow. Both my hair and nails have grown faster using Hairgevity. Each serving is two capsules. They are easy to consume with your beverage of choice. There’s no aftertaste. Aside from shinier hair, the texture of my hair is softer and silkier. I gave this supplement five stars because I have noticed positive changes in my hair quality that I think others would notice after a month of us.

Biotin and collagen good for Hair Skin and nails
There is more to having healthy hair and skin than just shampoos and moisturizers. I believe what you put inside the body is just as important or even more so. Showers can dry the skin because of chlorine coming through the water. It’s a daily onslaught of chlorine drying the skin. So I do have a filter on my shower head but I also like to have nutrients such as this inside my body to work from the inside out. These ingredients here are going to do just that. This was shipped quickly and there is enough of it here to last a while. And feel the effect. Keep in mind I am not a healthcare practitioner or doctor trying to cure anyone of anything or recommend anything to anyone here. These are simply my own opinions from my own research and your results May Vary

This Stop Aging Now – Biotin Collagen Complex supplement is really good! I was having quite a bit of issues with my joints and my hair was getting brittle. This really seems to have turned that around. I really believe this is a very effective supplement after using it for just a short time. These capsules are not too big to swallow, they are the perfect size and I am very happy with this product. I would say this is a very good value for the money and I would suggest that you give it a try as well if you are looking for something like this, that will help!

Good Formula, but the Serving Is Not Ideal for Me
I like that this formula combines biotin with marine collagen peptides, keratin, and bamboo extract. The capsules didn’t cause me any discomfort, but the serving size is two capsules for 3,000 mcg of biotin. I was previously used to getting a higher amount from one very small capsule, so taking two capsules for a lower dose wasn’t as convenient for me. I only took about 12 capsules, which wasn’t long enough to fairly judge changes in my hair or nails. I still think the combination of ingredients is good, but I personally prefer a more concentrated one-capsule serving.
