Great muscle relaxant, that actually works!
I recently tried the WhereHike Natural Magnesium Oil Spray, and I’m really impressed! The 8oz size is convenient, and I love that each spray delivers 25mg of magnesium, which is great for muscle relaxation. Perfect for restless sleepers
Absolutely love this spray, as a person who has difficulty falling asleep, I have used this every night. A couple of sprays on my underarms, stomach and bottom of my feet help me to relax. I have noticed a little bit of dry skin after long term use but nothing extra lotion doesn’t fix. I also have extremely sensitive skin, and I haven’t had any irritation other than on an open cut or wound so I’m cautious not to spray anything like that. The spray dries quickly and isn’t sticky at all. Probably one of my favorite and easiest repurchases due to value. I am also loving the Lavender Scent which is not overwhelming like other products I’ve tried.

Magnesium spray – go to as a replacement for deodorant and the vanilla scent is fabulous!
I’ve been using magnesium spray for over 6 months. Originally purchased another brand off Amazon that I am nearly out of, hence the need to replenish my supply. The other brand worked great as a deodorant (it had no scent) and I also use it for my husband’s leg cramps as well as, spraying the bottom of his feet as a sleep aid. Not sure if magnesium spray is effective for those things….I think it is effective however, when the leg cramps hit we try to everything to make them stop! We use some homeopathic dissolve under the tongue pills along with the magnesium spray. Hard to tell in the moment which one is more effective! However, I do believe magnesium spray does help stop leg cramps and also works well as a sleep aid. Haven’t tried this new brand of magnesium spray for leg cramps nor as a sleep aid as it just arrived today. I used it as a deodorant today and it is working, plus I love the vanilla scent. FYI, ya’ll, magnesium spray works great as deodorant! Since using magnesium spray (which I use every day) as a replacement for deodorant, I’ve not once had the mixed smell of deodorant and B.O. on the underarms of my clothes which was a regular occurrence using regular deodorant. I don’t have to wash my tops as often which helps immensely with not having to buy replacement shirts, etc. due to fading, etc. This vanilla scented magnesium spray is even better than the scentless magnesium spray because the vanilla scent is marvelous!

The best magnesium oil spray on the market
I believe this to be the very best magnesium pool spray I have tried. It works for me much better than sleep gummies or Rx meds. I have tried both the vanilla and lavender and I like them equally. I take it with me when I travel. A few sprays on feet and legs and rub it in and I’m asleep within 20mins, with a good quality deep sleep.
