SteelFit Steel Slim, Weight Loss Solution for Women – 90 Capsule: A daily dose of this supplement is 3 capsules, so this bottle contains a one-month supply. The capsules are clear, with pink powder visible inside. The capsules are a little on the larger side, but once I get them down, I don’t notice any weird taste (they don’t have a scent either). They seem to dissolve well. After taking almost the entire bottle, I haven’t noticed any weight loss, despite continuing my regular fitness and nutrition routine. However, on the few days I forgot to take the capsules, I did notice an increased appetite, so I believe they help with appetite suppression. So that means they are helping in that aspect, at least. According to the product details, I would need to get into weeks 4 to 8 to notice reduced bloating and my body “learning” (not exactly sure what; I suppose to boost metabolism and release fat stores), so I’ll need to order another bottle to see what happens. The current cost is not terribly expensive compared to some other supplements, so it seems a worthwhile risk. Bonus that this is made in the US.
