PSA you need to drink WAY more water than you’re used to to avoid side effects.I’ve noticed that if I’m not drinking a surplus of it, I WILL start to feel nauseous and light headed. This is ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT if you’re exercising while taking these for both cardio AND strength training of ANY kind. NO EXCEPTIONS!! I also sweat a LOT MORE than usual when taking these!These always help me shed water weight FAST!! I’ve tried loads of other brands, but NOTHING works like these do. 5 days (max I’ll take them for) is usually more than enough (I’m not using them for bodybuilding comps or anything) so one bottle usually lasts a while. I’ll usually drop 2-3lbs a day the first 3 days and then an additional pound days 4 and 5. In inches I usually go from 29 to 27 in my waist and I can ALWAYS see a MASSIVE reduction in the appearance of that frustrating under-butt cellulite. My stomach will go from burrito baby bloat to flat and defined if I use them. I’m in the normal weight range – bmi is about 23 and I exercise regularly, eat well, and typically don’t drink anything but water and protein smoothies and these still work like magic! Definitely would recommend staying away from alcohol and caffeine while on them. I occasionally use them a week before a big event where I know I’ll be wearing something form fitting or cropped at the waist (especially music festivals- ending two nights before to make sure I’m rehydrated before the event) and swear by them. I never feel dizzy or lightheaded if I’m stayin hydrated. No bad side effects whatsoever. Just lots of trips to the bathroom to pee every day I’m on em😂 also awesome if you’re someone who bloats a lot before your period like me. When I can feel my stomach start bloating bad, I’ll take these for 2 or 3 days and feel SO MUCH BETTER and COMFORTABLE. These are a definite must-have and are always stocked in my medicine cabinet.

This stuff is serious. I had wanted to shed extra water weight fast for the summer and doing extra cardio at the gym just wasn’t doing it. After trying several non working products this product delivers. Upon receiving this item only after a few days started seeing the cuts and the water shedding off and in first week lost 5 lbs. I had read in reviews to cycle this product and I highly recommend in doing so because this stuff works. The only down fall is the bottle is only 80 Capsules and being that the Serving Size is 4 Capsules per day this doesn’t last even a full month. Therefore can seem pricey however no regrets here, as like I said IT DOES WORK!!! I am very happy and will order again

Not what I expected
So I got this some daya ago and I was excited to try it and add it to my diet and excersice regimen. I believed it would make me pee a lot. I drank it as instructed and drank a lot of water with it, as recommended by other clienta in the reviews. So far the only results I got is moderated sweating and no more urination as it normaly happens when I drink a lot of water. When I take this I feel awful and ill, the same sensation when you eat too much. Sleepy, dizzy, nauseous and my chest feels weird. I’m a nurse and work in a hospital and had my co workers check me. I was fine, but those symptoms don’t go away for hours. And yes, I take other suppliments together and none of them make me feel so aweful. And I had taken another vitamin of this kind and only needed to take one two times a day. Dint make me feel this bad.
