All Niacinamide Not Created Equal
I have been learning about both niacin and niacinamide and their amazing (and sometimes surprising) health benefits. It deserves a little more respect! It wasn’t until my chiropractor suggested I try the Standard Process niacinamide that I realized that one is more bioavailable than, say, another. My teenage daughter takes one to two tablets in the morning (among a few other supplements), and I have seen a profound difference in her mood (lowered anxiety, uplifted mood, no depression). Priceless!

Good, bad and sad
The quality of ingredients in these is good. I took them many years ago via my doctor to take care of my carpel tunnel and it worked wonderfully. Now that I am older I had some recurring symptoms and decided to try them again. EVERY single time I take them, with or without food, I feel like I am going to throw up. This lasts for 1-2 hours and then FINALLY I get through it. I don’t know if I’ve built up an intolerance to something in it or not but I had to switch to something else. Sad because this is a GOOD company! I read the other reviews of the people who are doing well with it and that was me years back when I used it. I wouldn’t be afraid to recommend it at all, just be aware that you could possibly end up with an upset stomach.As for the person and what their kinesiologist said… I would try it anyways. Kinesiologists make A LOT of money on supplements and I know some of them can be pretty good liars just to keep their patient buying from them. I know there are good doctors out there too, but my brother in law in lucky to be alive after what one did to him!

This is a great supplement recommended to me by my chiropractor. This is my preferred brand! I anticipated paying more through Amazon but it was actually around the same price as in store and so easy they bring it to me. I do notice when I take this that I have more energy and get more accomplished! Great value for the money! No stomach issues and no negative side effects either!
