I don’t think it’s doing anything for me
I’ve been taking this for over a month now and I can’t say that I’ve noticed any sort of positive result. The description makes a bunch of claims about benefits — energy, mood, clearer days. I haven’t experienced any of those. I would say just the opposite. Unfortunately, we’re deep in December and there is less daylight and anxiety associated with the holidays and end-of-the-year type stuff. So, it might be that the product is working, but just isn’t able to overcome the current situation.If anything, I would say that I’ve had more restless nights. That might explain the lack of energy during the day and my need to take a couple of naps. But the restless nights might be the result of anxiety. I certainly don’t feel any sort of calm or clarity. But those too can be attributed to not sleeping well, which might be the result of anxiety.My bottom line is that I don’t think this is doing anything. I don’t feel that this product is the cause of my restless nights. But I don’t feel that it’s done anything to relieve my restlessness at night either.As far as estrogen blocking for men… There might be science behind the claims made by this product. But I haven’t seen any of the “estrogen blocking for men” related benefits claimed by this product. If anything, I’ve notice an enlargement of my breast tissue and a lower libido. As “estrogen blocking” medications require a prescription and medical supervision, I’m inclined to say this might be something I’ll stop using as a self-help thing.

Effective Plant Based Estrogen Blocker Supplement
This Product has worked well based on experiential evidence, no side effects that I can speak of but it is not the only supplement I am taking so I wouldn’t take that as a controlled-study or definitive proof, I have noticed improvements in my mood and a more even vibe throughout the day, my energy has been better but I am a difficult case study for anyone else to be sure of these impacts as everyones chemistry is vastly different in the subtleties of our supplements effect us and work regarding clinical benefit. Easy to take, seemingly quality ingredients but I have not done any testing on the ingredients myself as of yet. My skin does look great actually lol.

Dual purposed supplement
This supplement is supposed to help balance hormones. It is dual-purpose for both men and women. There are 90 capsules in a bottle, and if you take one a day as recommended, it will last you 90 days. I was excited to use it because it is supposed to help with weight loss, skin improvement, and mood improvement, just to name a few. There can be a slight detox effect, so that is something to watch out for. I appreciate the clean ingredients and the lack of fillers, also that it is gluten-free. It was easy to swallow, and I did not notice any residual aftertaste.

But I was getting nauseous from at least one of the supplements. It’s tolerable for now but once I run out if, I’ll see how I feel before I’ll buy another bottle. Actually Helped My 73 Year Old Aunt With Mood Swings Memory and Energy
When I stumbled on this supplement for women and men hormone balance and detox support and read the description, I needed to pick one up. It wasn’t for myself. It was for my aunt who lives with me. She’s getting up there in age and she has noticed changes. When they arrived, they came well packaged. She just kept blaming it as she got older, but this supplement actually does help. It’s not an instant that you can see these results. It did take a couple weeks before we saw some of these results. The description that these supplements can do does actually come after using it after a certain amount of time.We do plan to keep this in her regimen of vitamins because it does work for her. It definitely did work for my aunt and I do highly recommend these supplements.
