    It seems to be helping me …

    I purchased this product because I was having issues with extreme fatigue. I was getting to a point where I required 12+ hours of sleep daily just to be able to function the next day. I read up on St. John’s Wort and thought it might help. I was hesitant to take both doses, morning & night, until I was sure that it did not affect me in any negative way. I can honestly say that I felt much better even after the 1st day of taking this! I am currently only taking it in the morning, but I feel much better and it seems to have helped my sleep problem. I’m sleeping better and needing less sleep. I will definitely continue taking it and will more than likely purchase again! Thank You!

    Less side effects than a common prescribed anti-depressant.

    I chose this product because of its 5 star review on Amazon. However, the number of ratings do not equal the number of written reviews. I switched from 50mg daily of Zoloft to this product: 900mg daily. My taste buds almost completely returned with improved appetite and a reduction in body jitters (a physical low-level nervousness). But most significantly, there has been a reduction in extreme negative thinking and a slight reduction in a foreseeable hopeless future, as I see it. I’ve lost interest in many things and hope some return. The web indicates that it takes 4 to 6 weeks to work and as much as 600mg twice daily. I may increase to 3 capsules (1,350 mg). I’ve been taking the product for less than two weeks – looking for a magic bullet.

    I’m a college educated herbalist. I bought a bottle for my roommate to use for his depression (he has too many side effects from conventional medications). It took two weeks to achieve full effect, and we have both noticed definite improvements in his depression. He plans to continue using this product.When using St. John’s Wort you should gradually increase the dose over two weeks to avoid unwanted side effects. Begin with a half dose the first week and increase to a full dose the second week.St. John’s Wort is known for interacting with many different conventional medications. Be sure to speak with all of your prescribing doctors before use.St. John’s wort can cause sun sensitivity in some people’s skin, so use sunblock when going out.

    St. John’s wort is amazing!

    This really works for my insomnia and anxiety. I take one in the a.m and one in the evening. I feel very calm all day and when I’m ready for bed I’m completely relaxed.( not medical advice just my personal opinion. Check with your Dr before starting this)

    Best St John’s Match

    I have been taking 900mg daily of Spring Valley (walmart brand) of St John’s Wort when suddenly a week or more ago, they have been out of stock. I tried the liquid form of that brand they did have, but the dosage was not enough. I’ve tried a different brand before but it didn’t do the same for me, maybe because the ingredients were slightly different. This one, once it steadily got into my system, is helping provide better balance again, especially with the SAD season here. It is more than I had been paying, but I take two a day and so far it’s working like a charm.

    Excellent results!

    Excellent products. After a couple of weeks and combined with L lysine, I started to notice a significant difference in well-being. I attribute this to the belief that together these act as antivirals, which in turn makes me feel better. I sleep better, and have more energy which of course makes me happy. Highly recommend.

    Worth the money

    I have been taking this for about a week now and definitely notice a difference in my mood, I started back to work and suffer with severe anxiety and depression and look to natural aids to take instead of those prescribed by a doctor so, I don’t feel like a zombie (and yes, I’ve been prescribed antidepressants previously and always hated the way that they made me feel) I also have more energy taking this which is also nice, I will absolutely order more once I have (almost) run out of this product…thank you….update as on 10/9/2020 – so, I ran out of these and it’s been about a week and I can 100% feel the difference than when I was taking them…I’m short tempered, my anxiety is all over the place again and my depression is always there but, with this product it has absolutely helped me and I’ve just placed my order for my 2nd bottle and once half empty I will order again….thank you for this product
