Improving Iron levels
I am glad that this over-the-counter iron supplement is still around. After being denied a needed surgical procedure for severe anemia, I am feeling better and a lot less tired. Hopefully, when I get my lab results back from my next doctor’s appointment, they will be substantially improved. Also, because it is a liquid, I feel it is getting into my blood system better than tablets.

This has helped me increase my iron levels on numerous occasions. The alcohol content could be a little lower, but I like that it has the b-vitamins to help with the iron. I use a measuring shot glass to take the full 3 tablespoons. Again, the alcohol content makes it hard to do by the time I get to the third dose I can really taste the alcohol.I think the yellow color is from the B-vitamins but I’m not sure. Hard to tell how long it will last since you can choose your dosage daily, but it has definitely helped me. It’s a pretty big bottle for the price and it takes me a while to get through the whole thing. Sometimes it literally feels like I’m taking a shot because of the alcohol content and I can feel a little bit of a burn afterwards so take what works for you. I would start off with one tablespoon and see how it helps before taking the full dose.
