Timing.!

I do like the product, I am able to focus and get things done especially working nights.However I am still trying to figure out what time to take it, because it takes a good 1-2hours to really take effect and then from there I am up way too much. For example today I took it in the morning and it’s 2:35am now and I’m still wide awake. I need something to counter it and taper me back down to be able to sleep on my days off. So now I’m gonna have to take one in a few hours so I can stay awake through out the day for appts. Other than that no other problems with this. No jitters, no heart reactions, no dizzy, no nausea. First time ever taking anything like this to replace coffee. I’ve never tried energy drinks either. I just need to figure out what time to take.

Gentle, not jacked caffeinated boost 💯

I work 10 hour shifts at a desk job from home. I have a hard time tolerating acidic foods and beverages such as coffee. I get up at around 6 AM and I take one of these with 16 ounces of water. I do my morning workout and make my cup of Dandy Blend (https://a.co/d/09jwQzUj), which is has no caffeine. By the time I get to my desk right before 7am, I feel alert but not jacked up. Sometimes I do take a second one at 1PM if I got little sleep the night before. In both scenarios, I don’t have any issues falling asleep at night by 10:3011 PM.
