Overall ok but not blown away
This spirulina chlorella is in gummy form. I’m not sure how that translates to absorption or health benefit. Serving size is 2 gummies. This is a one month supply. They taste fine. The flavor is pineapple. It says “fruit extract” under “other ingredients” but doesn’t specify. It also uses stevia extract which I like personally. It has a lot of indicators that imply it’s manufactured well and is high quality, such as vegan and organic, Kosher and GMP. However it doesn’t say where it’s made or even distributed from. Since the claims can’t be easily verified, it gives me pause when considering long term consumption. I wouldn’t recommend the product solely on the lack of transparency. Otherwise the ingredients and claims made seem to check all the boxes. Right now I’m taking half the recommended serving suggestion, one gummy. I haven’t had any negative side effects but will update the review accordingly. As usual check with your physician before starting any new supplements.
