PRODUCT WORKS GREAT FOR ME
I really love this product. I was suffering from horrible spikes in cortisol towards evening and this has helped tremendously. I know someone out there will say that this is just a placebo effect and I don’t care it if is-I don’t have that rapid heartbeat and sweats that I would get so I don’t care what kind of effect it is-as soon as I started to take these they became much less severe and I can sleep without my heart thumping in my head. I like source naturals products and this did not disappoint me. Everyone has different reactions or lack there of to supplements so this is just my review on my experience with the product so there you have it.

I’ve had insomnia my whole life and am constantly rotating natural supplements to help me sleep so as not to develop a tolerance. I recently stumbled across this Holy Basil and it’s a WINNER. I take it about an hour before bed and at bedtime I feel ready to fall asleep. I sleep through the night and waking up is easy. I remember most of my dreams too.I’m glad to have found this to add to my rotation, it’s now one of my favorites. If anybody has other recommendations for something that is not a pharma drug or melatonin, please let me know in the comments.

Helps me sleep
This Holy Basil helps me sleep. The very first night that I took these I slept like a baby. I usually wake up throughout the night, but now, even if I do wake up, I go right back to sleep. Even if I have to disturb my comfort by getting up to use the bathroom, I still go back to sleep & I’ve been waking up in a better mood as well.I take 1 no more than 2 hours before bed. I try to take it no less than an hour before bed, but sometimes I forget & end up taking it about 30 minutes before. I’m not groggy & grouchy when I wake up either. I haven’t been taking them long, so I’m excited to experience the benefits after taking them a while longer.
