    I’ve tried others, but this is the only one that works for me. Made a huge difference in my insomnia. Was able to get off prescription

    Helps with depression

    This is a must have for those suffering from depression caused by decreased production of serotonin. It truly helps with mood, and just feeling better overall. I have been taking this for years after finding it a decade or two ago. I do believe the addition of B6 helps absorption.

    NOT 2000 mg as stated… received bottle today and label on front clearly reads 1000 mg.

    Already had 2 bottles of the 1000 mg. Wanted the 2000 mg but that’s NOT what I received. Very unhappy.

    Great productThese B6 vitamins are great and i noticed almost immediately that i was able to sleep better. The bottle brings 90 tablets and the recommended serving size is 2 per serving. The pills are larger than the average but still very good size and easy to swallow. The price might seem a little pricey but it is a good product. I haven’t noticed any stomach issues or irritation after taking these supplements.

    These are 500mg per tablet, 2 tablets = 1g. This product is false advertising saying there is 1g per tablet.
