    Low Dosage for Better Results

    40mg is unusual to find. Larger dosages can lead to headaches, such as from 120mg tablets. 40mg tablets taken at breakfast and lunch works great — no headache and a second opportunity to be more awake and with it.My memory IS better! People are amazed at what I can remember now.Ginkgo helps distribute oxygen to the muscles better — helps in exercising: long bike rides, gym workouts, etc.Solid product.     Appreciate the lower dose.

    Years ago I took ginkgo and had a reaction. I wanted to try it again but wanted to start out slow. I’ve had no negative reaction with these. I take 2/day now. I truly don’t know if they help me in any way. I was hoping they would get rid of my tinnitus but I still have it. Been taking for a few weeks now.

    Small Dose

    I bought these because I liked the small doseage which can just be taken a couple more times. Weirdly I only took it once & got chest pain. That was a shame because the size of the pills also made them very easy to take as I hate capsules. These are more like a tablet style. I will honestly give them a try again & see if it comes back. I have taken Ginko before and didn’t have that happen.
