The bottle suggests 1-3 tablets daily with food. I tend to take between 1-2 daily depending how much vegetables/fruits I’ve eaten. I take my first early in the day. Then I’ll take a second one later in the day if I haven’t eaten enough of the quality stuff. Overall this product has been easy for my body to process.

Reasonably priced, better supplement
After I read a medical article on how badly your body processes calcium carbonate and calcium citrate I went looking for a better supplement that was reasonably priced. Source naturals fit the bill. I take 2 tablets at night (with my other pills). I’ve had no bad side effects.A great side effect was that I was able to stop taking prescription Vitamin D. I’ve had problems with Vitamin D blood serum levels all my life (hereditary). I was taking 22000 IU, prescription. After a year of this I was off all prescription D with healthy blood levels. Didn’t expect that, but amazing bonus. (I have blood tests every 3-4 months. Don’t ever do anything your doctor doesn’t tell you to!)

Faithful and trustworthy
i have been using this product for years. No upset stomach or other side effects. My bone density has stabilized. UPDATE: I had changed brands wanting to try a plant based product with smaller sized tablets. Last bone density test showed more loss so I’m switching back to old faithful in hopes I can regain or at least stabilize my current levels.

Immediate beneficial impact where prior vitamin supplements had failed
This apparently had an immediate beneficial impact. We bought this item and a chelated B complex supplement Integrative Therapeutics – NEW Active B-Complex – 60 veg. caps (FFP) for grandpa. Grandpa immediately felt better and his hair on his head immediately began growing again. Grandpa does not have male pattern baldness, but he had lost almost all of his pate hair, and what remained was white. Within a week many more pate follicles were growing hair. Though less hair than when he was young, grandpa now has 100 or 1000 times more pate hair and it is black again. We have been buying vitamin supplements for grandpa for many years, including calcium, magnesium, D3, B complex, and B-12, and none of those worked like these did. We had been buying the magnesium as the oxide, and the low cost Bs.

Large pills. I am a skinny and these pills are slightly larger than the end of my pinky finger – about the size of the end of my ring finger.An excellent ratio of calcium to magnesium plus they have D3.I just read the review by Aanel Victoria who wrote : ”…Both the Calcium and the Magnesium say “amino acid complex”. Which basically means, “we’re not going to tell you the ingredients because it’s only got a small portion of amino acid chelate and the rest is not”. This product could be mostly calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, you name it…”(COMPLEX – any combo? I wish I had read that beforehand.)I will finish these off alongside my current supplement. But they will be a challenge for me to swallow.
