    Good C, the bioflavonoids prevents bruises for me

    I have been taking this supplement for most of about 2 years. Many vitamin C vitamins don’t have bioflavonoids. I found that when I take the bioflavonoids, I get less bruises on my body. An very old PDR suggested the doctor prescribe bioflavonoids before dental surgery to build capillary strength. If I quite taking it for a week or two, I get bruises again. Some of my friends have also had success a vitamin C Bioflavonoids combo for bruises. It is a great vitamin C supplement, too. This is my go to brand. It is priced well and works for me.

    difference in skin!

    My friend recommended because of my ongoing battle with rosacea. She said her red and flushing and pimples came to a minimum with these. Wow! Always the skeptic this is one supplement that WORKS! and i feel super affordable at 6 cents a pill. I, we take 2 a day. If you have skin flushing and other skin issues try it. took less than a month an i could definately tell the difference.
