    Didn’t work for us

    This powder was recommended as a treatment for chronic constipation. Our son is on the autism spectrum and suffers from digestive problems. We didn’t find that it helped at all. Perhaps it is better suited as just a vitamin C booster.

    I hesitate to give great review, don’t want the price to go up

    I live by this total food. I mix it half and half with organic spirulina powder from Hawaii and fill #00 capsules with it. It has really helped my body’s Fibromyalgia pain reduction. It also lifts my spirits, I suppose from the body’s cells drinking it up and my brain cells drinking it up. It absorbs very easy into the cell walls.

    Great, if you can get it down

    I had a hard time giving this any stars, but ascorbyl palmitate is a so wonderful and this is a great way to consume it, if you can tolerate it. I can take almost anything no matter of taste. Despite being almost tasteless/odorless, there’s something about its texture that makes it almost unbearable to ingest. The only thing that works is dissolving it in a warm liquid, otherwise it just floats. Ascorbyl palmitate is one of the only forms of vitamin c that is fat-soluble as well as non-acidic. I combine it with my iron pills on an empty stomach to increase iron absorption.

    I like that this form of vitamin C is lipid soluble. A good addition to regular water-soluble vitamin C supplements. This was a great price for ascorbyl palmitate,; and Source Naturals is a great brand. I am pleased with this purchase.

    Hard to mix in drinks

    I have trouble mixing into my drinks due to it’s thickness. I haven’ used it much.

    Doesn’t dissolve in hot liquid, what I bought it for.I went back to my go to.

    This is impossible to use in anything. It is dry powder which clumps even in hot liquid. What’s the point of powder if it isn’t dissolvable.
