The pills raised my wife’s iron levels, made her feel a bit better & have more energy.
The wife uses it. Appears to work well enough. We both donate plasma off and on and she is always fighting to keep her iron levels up, especially when it’s that time of the month. The plasma center records various statistics to make sure you can donate that day, and iron level is one of them. As a Male, mine is almost always where it should be if not on the high side. My wife was constantly low, and she has been denied donating because of being to low (multiple times). After taking the pill the day before and the day of donating the plasma center has recorded her levels to be where they should be. I think she might even take 2 pills a day during her menstrual cycle. She has actually felt better and more energetic now that she takes these pills. Maybe not what coffee will do to a person, but better at least. She says it feels it’s most noticeable when she is having her period.

Product works very well for me.
This is a great product and the only over the counter iron product that not only brought my iron levels up but also brought up my ferritin (stored iron) levels. I don’t have any GI issues from this product. My multi vitamins tend to upset my stomach if I don’t eat enough food before taking them but not these. I wish I could get these on Prime and at one time I could get them on subscribe and save but not any more. :-(. Still a great product and I highly recommend. .

Ferrochel – Great chelated iron source
I work with mineral supplements. The iron source used in this product is Ferrochel, a high quality chelated iron with extensive research data showing it to be better absorbed (higher bioavailability) than other common iron sources, including ferrous sulphate, the most prescribed form of iron. Another advantage is that ferrochel causes much less side effects (diarrhea or stomach pain) common to iron treatment, which improves adherence to supplementation. Vitamin C has been show to greatly improve iron absorption. Highly recommended supplement. The only complaint is that it should be encapsulated or a coated pill to prevent metallic aftertaste. I would buy it again anyway, great cost-benefit.

Works well, easy to take and a great price.
I take this product daily as it was specifically recommended by my primary care physician to treat my anemia. As someone who’s dealt with various levels of anemia my entire life due to endometriosis (at one point I was told I would have to come in for daily shots if I didn’t take iron supplementation seriously), I’ve had a lot experience with a lot of different brands. Source Naturals brand doesn’t give me the side effects that come with a lot of iron supplements. They are easy to swallow and have no after taste.I no longer have to deal with endometriosis, now I take an iron supplement daily to deal with anemia due to thyroid problems. I’ve taken this brand for almost 10 years and my doctor still prescribes this brand.

I heard about these from a support group. Was skeptical about an over the counter but these worked. My ferritin levels were back in range after 1 month of daily dose. Small pill goes down easily.

The best no constipation iron supplements
I am a college running coach. If you are female this is a must as a runner. For the men I still suggest using to keep levels going especially high mileage. Many of my colleagues recommend this too. If you have any questions about supplements dm me. Only legal ones will I recommend.

These are so aesthetically pleasing! It’s the little things…Due to a fibroid causing uterine hemmorage, I became severely anemic to the point of having to get a blood transfusion. I’m much better now after having the fibroid removed, but my doctor recommended that I continue to take an iron supplement– my hemoglobin is much better, but my ferritin is a little on the low side. I wanted something small and easy to swallow, and these fit the bill.
