    I have been taking Boitin, keratin and collagen supplements for several years the brand I used for a long time was discontinued. I ordered this brand and my hair & skin like it but my nails aren’t doing well. I used to have thin super fine hair and my skin was so fragile I could barely bump it against the wall and it would tear my skin. Taking these supplements keep my skin from getting injured and when I do get a scratch it helps it heal quicker, I also get many compliments on how my complexion is glowing! My hair is still fine but is thicker and lush! After taking these vitamins for a month or 2 you will notice that your hair will develop a box shape lol due to all the new baby hairs growing out.
