I appreciate first of all that the product is vegan. I find that to be so helpful especially for a supplement dealing with skin and nail and hair care! The ingredients are quality ingredients. The product is made by a well-known brand so I trust the product.The pill size is a bit on the larger side and not a capsule. These types of pills scare me. I dont find them easy to swallow personally, and isnt my preference for a type of pill. That aside, for what I am getting for the cost, I am happy about that. It is a very good value.The pills dont give any side effects thankfully. No upset stomach or anything of the sort. They seem to be pretty easy to digest.As for the thickness of my nails and hair and how my skin is doing, the process seems slow for improvements but I trust that it is working for my nails and hair. My skin looks great.

Solgar makes a good quality vitamin with the best ingredients.
The first thing I noticed about this vitamin is the container, I love that it comes in a high quality glass bottle. I am a huge fan of drinking out of glass bottles and not using plastic to store food, so this was a huge plus for me. The tablets are on the large side, quite like many multi vitamins, but I did not have a hard time swallowing them. The serving size is 2 tablets so there are enough tablets for a month in this bottle. I always take Hair, Skin, and Nail vitamins in addition to my multivitamin on a daily basis, so I am not sure how good these are, but I have not noticed a decline in my hair and nail health since I started taking these. I have seen the ingredients and they are comparable or better to what I was taking. I have also not had any side effects from them, so that is always a plus. I recently dropped one of my gummy vitamins in my glass of water and found it the next morning as a white blob that looked like plastic. This turned me off to those vitamins because it is obvious they had some artificial coloring in them. I am glad I started taking these instead and think they may end up being more beneficial, but you have to take them for quite some time to notice differences. I have read about the company Solgar and it has been around for quite some time and seems to have good lab practices. I definitely have fast growing nails and they are not at all brittle. I have long hair that has gotten thinner with my age, but I keep taking vitamins like these to keep my hair at its healthiest especially since I have it colored.
