I have been using Solar off and on since my teens. This gel cap isn’t the right size, no problem swallowing it. There was no burping or cramping, and it seems to be absorbed quickly. This is high quality and I would highly recommend it. I have used many other products such as GNC Megaman, which I also think is a good quality vitamin at an affordable cost. In my opinion the additional cost to purchase this solgar product is worth the cost .
