These are the best multivitamins I’ve used — I’ve been taking them for years and they’re my go-to daily supplement. Unfortunately Vitamin Shoppe has been backordered, so I’ve been getting them from Solgar on Amazon instead, and the delivery has been reliable.They seem to support my energy and overall well-being, and I appreciate that they cover a broad spectrum of nutrients without unnecessary extras. I have been using Solar off and on since my teens. This gel cap isn’t the right size, no problem swallowing it. There was no burping or cramping, and it seems to be absorbed quickly. This is high quality and I would highly recommend it. I have used many other products such as GNC Megaman, which I also think is a good quality vitamin at an affordable cost. In my opinion the additional cost to purchase this solgar product is worth the cost .
