A must for PMDD
This review is long overdue. If you have PMDD like me, take this. If you are already entering the perimenopause era (even though your doctor doesn’t believe you and says no you’re too young), like me, take this. This pill works for me every single time. I take it half way through my cycle when I start ovulating and if I don’t then my hormones take over and it’s a very depressive time. I find relief by day 2 of taking it just once a day. The ingredients are natural and you can’t go wrong with the fact that you are taking a holistic approach to feel like yourself again. For me, it isn’t an enormous pill like some people say but if you are sensitive then maybe try a different form of primrose oil. I absolutely love this, I live by it. It has given me relief I never knew I desperately needed. It’s like finally being able to catch your breath when your hormones drown you in emotions.

Didn’t work for me but maybe you?
I started using this nightly and inserted it vaginaly when I was 38 weeks pregnant. My midwives told me it helps with softening your cervix to start labor. This unfortunately didn’t happen for me and I ended up getting a c-section because of lack of progress after 24 hours with my water broken😅 These are good for hormone balance as well so maybe they work for that?
