When I was in my teens I was able to have a bite out of my Bounty bar, put the rest on the side and it could last me a week.Fast forward 15+ years I quit smoking, and to fight the cravings I started eating A LOT of junk. Anything from sweets to crisps and so I ruined my natural balance. Over the next 5-10 years I put on 25+kg! My cravings, especially chocolate was so intense that I could not concentrate on anything until I had my “fix”.
